Thank you for shopping with Guam Baby Co! We want your orders to arrive quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline shown on the product page.
A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.
2. Shipping Within Guam
We offer multiple delivery options:
Standard Island Delivery
- Delivered within 1–3 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Store Pickup (Tamuning)
- Free pickup during store hours
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready
- Bring your confirmation email or ID when picking up
3. Gear & Furniture Shipping Policy
- We do not ship gear or furniture off-island.
- All gear and furniture purchases must be picked up in-store or delivered within Guam.
- If gear is accidentally ordered for off-island delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative option or issue a refund.
4. Shipping to the United States
- We ship non-gear items only to the U.S.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery time typically ranges from 6–14 business days, depending on destination.
We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Shipping to Saipan
Gear shipping to Saipan is available only through Star Marianas Cargo at a flat rate of $75 per gear item.

Non-gear items ship via standard carriers at rates shown at checkout.

Gear and furniture will not ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
6. International Shipping
We do not ship internationally beyond Guam, Saipan, and the mainland U.S.

All shipping rates for eligible items are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

8. Large, Heavy, or Oversized Items (Non-Gear)
Some oversized non-gear items may require additional handling time.
Any special shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
9. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us.
10. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Guam Baby Co is not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Shipping delays due to carriers

Damage caused during transit
If your order arrives damaged, email photos to [Insert Email] within 48 hours.
11. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
12. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship once they arrive in-store.
If timelines change due to vendor or freight delays, we will notify you.
