IN STORE PICK UP
Online order are available for pick up in store during normal store hours.

SHIPPING
We have USPS First Class and Priority Mail options available. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

REFUND POLICY
No cash, credit card or PayPal refunds. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Guam Baby Company strives to provide quality merchandise and a fantastic shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it, or return it for store credit within 5 days from the date of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Certain items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Guam Baby Company will issue store credit, or prepare the item you selected for exchange.

We do not accept mail-in returns. Please contact us if you need to make a return.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
