Curbside pickups are available at the GCIC Building in Hagatna
Monday - Friday, 11AM - 1PM
Saturday, 10AM - 11AM

DELIVERY
Deliveries are available Monday - Saturday between 11AM and 1PM

SHIPPING
We have USPS First Class and Priority Mail options available. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

RETURN POLICY
Guam Baby Company strives to provide quality merchandise and a fantastic shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Certain items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Guam Baby Company will issue a refund, store credit, or prepare the item you selected in exchange for pick-up.

We do not accept mail-in returns. Please contact us if you need to make a return.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECURITY MEASURES
The security of our shoppers is paramount so we proudly partner with Stripe to securely process credit card payments. It is important to note that we never receive your credit card information. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent.
